A Critical Patch Update is a collection of patches for multiple security vulnerabilities. It also includes non-security fixes that are required (because of inter-dependencies) by those security patches. Critical Patch Updates are cumulative (with some exceptions) but each advisory describes only the security fixes added since the previous Critical Patch Update.

While at OAUG last week, Oracle announced their latest quarterly Critical Patch Update (CPU) for April.  This patch is available via Oracle Technology Network (OTN).
This CPU is intended for the following database, application server and E-Business Suite versions.

Database versions 9.2.0.8, 10.1.0.5, 10.2.0.3, and 11.1.0.6
Application Server versions 9.0.4.3, 10.1.2, and 10.1.3
